I'm currently leading the fast-growing and international team of designers building Field Service Management (FSM) products for WEP and Mobile.   

Before this, I lead and grew the Now Support design team and matured our UX practice, processes and collaboration while shipping award-winning work that achieved business goals of increasing upgrades (+17%), and improving CSAT (+15%).  

I refined Stanford's design language and UX patterns through several high-profile projects, and then componentized these patterns as design lead for Stanford's design system.

To do this well, I balance driving change with building empathy.  I thrive on uncovering hidden assumptions and understanding people's motivations. Even though I'm a master craftsman with a modern design stack, my favorite design tool is a good question.

I appreciate a great cup of coffee and glass of wine, and I'm a huge nerd about life productivity and personal finance.  While I'm grateful to live in the Bay Area, I also love traveling with my wife (pandemics permitting).  I'm insatiably curious so I'm always learning something new.
